Jobs :

1. SEO Manager & Analyst (Global Digital Prima)

Who will be responsible to maintain SEO strategy and project plan, analyze search industry data and perform competitive analysis in organic search, optimize link and landing pages for conversion from search engines, and regularly review and update site content, including but not limited to meta data, landing pages, product content, and social media to ensure maximum rankings for targeted keywords.

Qualification :

  • Undergraduate Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related subjects
  • 3+ years implementing successful SEO programs and possess strong understanding of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, and email marketing
  • 3+ years experience in management and web development (Experience working in an e-commerce, developing multi-site strategies is a plus)
  • Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical personnel
  • Strong copywriting skills for online marketing and Search Engine Optimization
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to interpret large quantities of data, with a keen ability to translate data into actionable, strategic plans
  • Proficiency in use of Google Analytic or other web analytics platforms (e.g., Omniture, Quantcast, Piwik, etc) to analyze and identify trends & issues, and to drive improvement of results and find solutions
  • Highly skilled with relevant paid and free SEO, PPC, Keyword Research and Reporting Tools (e.g., Google AdWords, Google Insights for Search, Facebook, Twitter, Yahoo, Bing, Microsoft AdCenter)
  • Understanding of how to leverage SEO & PPC interaction to enhance performance across channels
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and search ranking factors (e.g., sitemaps, URL structures, link building, site architecture, keyword research & targeting, landing page optimization),
  • FAMILIAR WITH plus web development processes (e.g. Agile) and technologies (e.g. HTML, CSS,JavaScript, AJAX, PHP, jQuery)
  • knowledge of HTML5 & CSS3 is a plus
  • Experience with developing and executing successful link building strategies
  • Strong and proven ability to optimize site architecture and improve organic rankings for targeted keywords

2. Brand Media Planning & Communication (Global Digital Prima)

Who will be responsible to create and develop brand activation and communication strategy; manage E-commerce brand through continuous offline and online brand experience and education; identify, plan, execute and monitor brand activation and communication activities for future and current consumers; plan and supervise the execution of Bought (ATL), Earned (Social Media, PR) and below the line activities ; manage and generate consumers and partners benefit/value added program (such as co-op, workshop, gathering, pull-push program,etc) ; identify, plan & execute consumer acquisition activities through offline road show, incentive program, sponsorship, etc ; develop and monitor marketing budget planning ; together with other departments maintain & develop partner empowerment and relationship & consumer satisfaction level.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.0
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in similar role with exposure in digital marketing
  • Good working knowledge of brand activation and communication strategy that include experience at plan & execute IMC/Integrated Marketing Campaign, a combination of bought (offline & online), medias (Social Media, PR) and BTL (Offline & Online).
  • Able to formulate IMC from deep insight of consumer segmentation/ psychographic, customer behaviors/ buyology, consumer/shopper/visitor journey.
  • Digital savvy and resourceful

3. Content Marketing Officer (Global Digital Prima)

Will be responsible to create, develop, and manage content for category presence, maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all category properties , plan a content strategy and execute the relevant content promotions, work with relevant departments to ensure smooth execution of the content promotion plan, craft promotional messages for content and ensure alignment with the overall content promo plan, track content performance using analytics tool, generate report from content performance stats, which include conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.0
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience managing content for high traffic websites
  • Editorial experience would be an advantage
  • Previous experience in managing brand or product baby & kids
  • Good working knowledge of competitor and product portfolio, Shopper Experience ,consumer segmentation/ psychographic, customer behaviors/ buyology, online visitor journey, and social media marketing
  • Digital savvy and resourceful

4. Marketing Research & Web Analytics Manager (Global Digital Prima)

Will be responsible to manage all aspects of qualitative and quantitative consumer research, perform marketing campaign and investment analysis for all Online & Offline advertising, and website and offline related activities, analyze data from online and offline marketing campaigns and develop reports summarizing key findings and making related recommendations, & identify and determine the scope of marketing research needs, including secondary research and research design/ implementation.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable universities with GPA min. 3.0
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience providing relevant marketing & web analytics analysis
  • Proficiency conducting Qualitative & Quantitative research by utilizing FGD, Etnography, deep dive/involvement & Data sampling
  • Proficiency using site reporting/ analytic tools for web analytic, mobile analytic and social media analytic, such as Hootsuites, Kloud, Google analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics, etc
  • Good working knowledge of analytical and statistical tools to analyze and interpret data, Competitor and product portfolio analysis, brand share, consumer Segmentation/pyscographic, Consumer/shopper/visitor offline and online journey analysis, customer behaviors/buyology, Web Metric lifecycle process, offline and online consumer survey tools and tactic, and A/B testing
  • Able to develop web improve and to establish integrated KPI measurement for both offline & Online marketing campaign
  • Highly motivated, consumer oriented, persistent, creative and adaptable nature
