Recruitment Analyst
Requirements

  • Male, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with maximum age 27 years old
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Psychology from leading educational institutions in Indonesia or overseas with GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the recruitment and selection of employees
  • Understand and be able to use measuring devices psychological and competency based interviews
  • Active in English, both spoken and written
  • Computers literate (internet and Ms minimal. Office)

Industrial Relations
Requirements

  • Male, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with maximum age 27 years old in February 2013
  • Minimal S1 majoring LAW of the leading educational institutions in Indonesia or overseas with GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the field of industrial relations
  • Having knowledge and experience in creating and implementing regulations of the company, dealing with DISNAKER and unions
  • Active in English, both spoken and written
  • Computers literate (internet and Ms minimal. Office)

Human Capital Analyst for Data Center

Requirements

  • Male / Female, Indonesian Citizen (WNI), with maximum age 27 years old in February 2013
  • Minimal S1 majoring in Business Administration / Human Resource Management from leading educational institutions in Indonesia or overseas with GPA of at least 3.00 (4.00 scale)
  • Min 1 year of working experience in office administration, SAP, payroll
  • Active in English, both spoken and written
  • Computers literate (internet and Ms minimal. Office)
