Lowongan Kerja Tambang PT Kaltim Prima Coal – Juni 2014

PT Kaltim Prima Coal – KPC adalah perusahaan tambang batu bara ukuran besar di Indonesia. Pada Desember 2012, KPC mengelola 90.938 hektar konsesi pertambangan di Kalimantan Timur (Sangatta dan Bengalon). Perusahaan memproduksi 3 merek batubara: Prima (batubara kualitas tinggi), Pinang (batubara kualitas menengah), dan Melawan (batubara kualitas rendah). PT Kaltim Prima Coal adalah anak perusahaan yang dimiliki secara langsung dari penambang terbesar batubara Indonesia PT Bumi Resources Tbk. PT Kaltim Prima Coal mampu mengembangkan total produksi batubara di Sangatta dan Bengalon tambang dengan 1,23% dari 40,5 juta ton pada tahun 2011 menjadi 41 juta ton pada tahun 2012. Hal ini dinyatakan oleh PT Bumi Resources Tbk dalam Laporan Tahunan tahun 2012.

Untuk memenuhi pertumbuhan bisnis cepat, PT Kaltim Prima Coal sedang mencari personil yang berkualitas dengan motivasi tinggi, inisiatif dan integritas untuk mengisi posisi sebagai berikut:

Superintendent – Industrial Relations (Permanent Position)
Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Law, Social Science, Psychology or Mass Communication.
  • At least 7 – 9 years working experience in the field of industrial relation.
  • Have an understanding of Manpower Regulations of Indonesia.
  • Have a good negotiation skill in conflict and pressure situation.
  • Maintain good relation with officials from the Department of Manpower, Disnaker, Industrial Relation Court and all Unions in KPC as well as with KPC employees.

Engineering – Mining (Permanent Position)
Requirements

  • A degree in Mining Engineering, Civil Engineering, Geology Engineering or similar qualifications.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in mining (min. 1 year in technical planning) – preferably open pit experience.
  • Familiar with mining softwares (especially in MINEX is an advantage) for design pit, dump, and scheduling.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflict situations.

Engineer – Coal Quality (Permanent Position)
Requirements

  • S1 majoring in Mining Engineering or Geologist.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience working in a coal quality environment.
  • Lateral thinking and problem solving skills are essential tachieve the production and quality targets.
  • Recognize and understand coal quality and standards tanalyze coal, for example ISO, ASTM, etc.
  • Possess numerical skill (working with numbers); able tcollect and analyze data of coal quality, and monitor the implementation of the plan.
  • Recognize and understand each specification that relates tcoal quality required by each buyer in the contract.
  • Able to negotiate, possess managerial skill.

Engineer – Project (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION) (Fixed-Term Position)
Requirements

  • At least Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in in Electrical/ Control System Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the field of electrical/ control system engineering of relevant mining/ industry experiences.
  • Possess extensive experiences and proven skills in running service/ operation/ maintenance and production facilities in the mining or industry, preferably involving remote or develop locations.
  • Have an understanding of how tmanage projects, including engineering, procurement and construction of fixed plant’s electrical and control systems.
  • Use experience accumulated in the current or similar roles tdemonstrate a capability tthink across others.

Senior Specialist – Contract (Permanent Position)
Requirements

  • Requirements’Bachelor Degree (S1) in Mining or Engineering.
  • Experiences 5 years in Mining or Engineering or Supply Chain with minimum 1-year experience in Contract.
  • Skills in composing and review of contractual documents.
  • Negation skills in dealing with contractual matters, claims and meetings.

Senior Specialist – Purchasing (Permanent Position)
Requirements

  • University/college degree with 5 years experiences in the areas of purchasing, inventory control, warehouse and logistic.
  • Having knowledge of purchasing, custom, logistic warehousing principles and market places.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Good planner, good people skills and organizing skills.
  • Able twork under pressure and possess creative thinking.
  • Possess qualification in Supply Chain areas from reputable organization such as Charter.
  • Institute of Purchasing and Supply or other international organization will be an advantage.

Coordinator – HSE (PT. NTP) (Fixed-Term Position)

Requirements

  • S1 with at least 3 years’ experience or D3 with at least 5 years’ experience.
  • Working experience for HSE management system and has experience exposing tproject management function.
  • Strong background in HSE and standard implementation.
  • Good interpersonal skills tliaise with personnel at all well from various departments / divisions and contractors.
  •  General Requirements
  • Good communication in both written and spoken English.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and strong analytical skills.
  • Computer literate (MS Office).
  • Creative, self-starter, team player and having self-integrity .
